Tappnest vs Linktree

One page, one scrolling column. A Tappnest page has tabs.

Written to be useful rather than flattering: the section on when Linktree is the better choice is further down, and it is not short.

The difference

One is a column. The other is a page with several pages in it.

What Linktree is built for

Putting everything you have on one screen for somebody arriving from a social profile, and doing it in about two minutes.

  • Unlimited links on a single page, reordered by dragging
  • Click and view analytics on every link
  • A contact form that collects a name, an email and a message
  • QR codes, and a free plan that carries Linktree's own branding

What a Tappnest page does

One link, laid out like a small website: tabs across the top, real blocks underneath, and every reply in one place.

  • Up to eight tabs on one page - Work, Prints, Contact - each with its own blocks
  • Ten kinds of block: link, text, image, embed, social icons, form, FAQ, testimonials, file download, divider
  • Every reply in one inbox, with a status and private notes, exportable to CSV on every plan including the trial
  • Twelve themes, eight typefaces, and control over spacing, width, radius and alignment
  • 0% of your sales - we do not process your payments, so there is nothing for us to take

Everything in the left column was read from linktr.ee on 2026-10-31. There are no Linktree prices on this page on purpose: they change, and they vary by country, so anything printed here would be wrong before long. Check theirs, and ours is below in full.

When Linktree is the better choice

There are three, and they are real ones.

  1. 1

You have five links and no budget. Linktree's free plan is genuinely free, and we do not have one - publishing a Tappnest page needs a card.

  2. 2

You want the rest of their platform: Instagram auto-replies, social scheduling, their storefront and affiliate tools.

  3. 3

Two minutes is the budget. A column of links is faster to fill in than a page with tabs, because there is less to decide.

Two plans, 14 days free

Build your page before you pay. There is no free tier on purpose - a free plan means your page carries our badge and we earn from your visitors instead of from you.

Pay yearly and 2 months are free.

Moving over

By hand, for now, and it takes about ten minutes.

There is no importer yet. Most people rebuild the page by hand and treat it as a chance to cut the links they stopped using - a template gives you a finished page to start from, and you fill in your own. Your Linktree page keeps working while you do it, so nothing goes dark in between.
